Academic thesis
Academic thesis is a resultant of a student’s research on a specific subject or a subject of his/her interest. It is generally submitted as a project work at the end of the semester to a particular university as a proof of the research knowledge of the degree holder. This could be applicable for bachelor’s degree or most of the times doctoral students do such research work. The aim of a thesis would be to provide the reader your point of view and give the reader a differently oriented content to read.
Many methodologies are available to undertake a research work. The methodologies used in the format of a thesis and the content of the thesis also differs. Suppose the project is about an investigation, then your format will be with a lot of questionnaires out of which you would have derived a result. If your project were a declarative project then it would flow in a normal way. Likewise project to project methodologies and format differs. Adapting to the format depending on the methodology is very important.
Thesis is a written document, which describes the result of a research. Almost all degree students would need to write a thesis at some of time. Freshers who write the thesis for the first time, they could use a sample thesis to make sure that they follow all the guidelines for a thesis.
Sample thesis will be very helpful especially to students who do distance education. For every group of students involved in the research, a professor would be allocated so that he guides them not only in their research work but also in the preparation of the thesis. Although, tutors are allocated but the students might not be able to contact them regularly to get their thesis done.
Sometimes even regular students might not have the help from their tutors. The professors will not be involved in your thesis writing as they will be very busy. Sometimes well experienced professors will not be so easy to work with. Therefore, the students should have a sample thesis to do their research project.
Sometimes the guide may provide you help but not that much. As a student, certain things will be difficult for you. A professor might not be able to understand your difficulty and they will not view the problem from your perspective. Therefore, they tend to give minimal guidelines hoping that it would help you get a successful thesis. However, you may be totally confused with such minimal guideline without knowing where and when to stop and how to start.
